These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the obajee.world website and Obajee's associated mobile application ("Platform"). They constitute a legally binding agreement between Obajee and its users ("Members").

Obajee is an online gaming and betting platform offering casino games, Sports Betting, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. It is each member's responsibility to read and understand these Terms & Conditions in full before registering or using the platform.

Applicability: These terms apply equally to all pages, features, and services on the site. Certain promotions or offers may carry their own additional terms — in such cases, both sets of terms apply together.

Obajee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Obajee, all of the following conditions must be met. Obajee reserves the right to reject or close any account that does not comply.

  • Registrants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Submitting false information is strictly prohibited.
  • A maximum of one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
  • Your registered phone number and email must remain active and accessible.
  • Opening an account under another person's name or identity is strictly prohibited.
KYC Verification: Before making your first withdrawal, you must verify your identity by uploading a photo of your National ID or passport along with a selfie. This is mandatory and cannot be bypassed.

Any changes to account details (name, address, phone number) can only be made through the support team. Attempting to update this information yourself may result in your account being temporarily locked.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Obajee currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.

  • Payments sent from a third party's number are not accepted and will be returned.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000. If you need to withdraw more, please contact support.
  • There are no fees on deposits. Withdrawals are generally also free — you will be informed if any fees apply in special circumstances.
Money Laundering: Obajee strictly adheres to its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy. Any account found to have suspicious transactions will be placed under investigation, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Obajee's bonus offers are additional benefits for members — they are not entitlements that can be claimed as a right. Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

  • The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
  • Winnings from the bonus wallet cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering conditions must be met first.
  • Bonuses have a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
  • Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses will result in all accounts and bonuses being permanently cancelled.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, Obajee reserves the right to forfeit all associated winnings.
Wagering Example: A ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement — see the bonus page for details.

Gaming & Betting Rules

All games on Obajee are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. There is no human intervention in casino game outcomes — every spin and every card is completely random.

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome, Obajee reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.
  • If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, your stake will be refunded (subject to specific conditions).
  • Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets simultaneously to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
  • Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Obajee. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to forfeiture of your balance.

  • Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
  • Participating in or being involved with match fixing or manipulation.
  • Collecting bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
  • Hacking, phishing, or attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior toward other members, support staff, or Obajee.
  • Intentionally exploiting bugs or glitches in games or software for personal gain.

Account Suspension & Closure

Obajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Providing false or fraudulent information during KYC verification.
  • Suspicious transactions or account activity.
  • Order or directive from a court or regulatory authority.
To close your account yourself: Any member may close their account at their own request. Please withdraw your balance and any verified bonuses before submitting a closure request.

Responsible Gaming

Obajee believes gaming is for entertainment — not as a source of income. Every member is encouraged to know their limits and play responsibly.

  • Any member can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their dashboard.
  • Session timers can be enabled — you'll receive an automatic notification or be logged out after a set period.

Dispute & Complaint Resolution

If you're dissatisfied with anything, please contact the Obajee support team first. Most issues are resolved on the first contact.

  • Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the incident — submissions after this period may not be accepted.
  • Please include the transaction ID, date, and a description of the issue in your complaint.
  • Obajee will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
  • Complex cases may require 7–14 business days to investigate.
Final Decision: The decision issued by Obajee following its investigation shall be considered final. If you have supporting evidence, please submit it — claims without evidence are generally not accepted.

Sports Betting odds on Obajee are displayed in Decimal format — for example, 2.50, 1.75, or 3.20. This number acts as a multiplier applied to your stake. For example: if you bet ৳100 at odds of 2.50 and win, you receive ৳100 × 2.50 = ৳250 (including your original ৳100 stake) — meaning your profit is ৳150. The higher the odds, the lower the probability of winning, but the greater the potential payout. Odds will never fall below 1.00 — anything below that would never be profitable. Some markets also offer Fractional (e.g., 3/2) or American format odds, and you can select your preferred format from the settings. In in-play betting, odds change moment to moment — so quick decision-making is essential.

For security reasons, sensitive details such as your name, date of birth, and phone number cannot be changed directly on Obajee. To update any of these, you'll need to contact the help center via live chat or email. Let the support team know which detail you'd like to change and why.
